February 2019 Leen area update

Hello residents
 
I am writing to let you know about crime in the Leen Police Beat area during February 2019.
 
We have had 3 burglaries, Woodstock Avenue attempt break nothing taken, Forster Street entry gained via insecure front door and Knighton Avenue forced entry via rear conservatory door.
 
We have had 1 report of theft from/of motor vehicle on Midland Way.
 
We have had 4 offences of Criminal Damage on Forster Street, Saint Peters Street and 2 of which on Alfreton Road.
 
We have had 1 report for theft of bicycle from outside KFC on Alfreton Road.
 
We have had no reports of robbery.
 
We have had no reports of garage or shed break.
 
PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK YOUR VEHICLES AND REMOVE ITEMS FROM WITHIN
